*Each plan includes a usage of 100 inbound/outbound minutes and/or text messages. Once you’ve exceeded 100 minutes or texts, you will be charged for the overage amount for the plan you are subscribed to for that month only on the first of the following month. Overage rates for each plan include: white belt - $29.95, purple belt - $44.95, black belt - $99.95. For the following months, you will remain subscribed to the original low usage plan you signed up for, unless you decide to upgrade to an unlimited plan.

FAQs

Do I have to sign a contract?

Absolutely not. The service is month by month, and you can cancel at any time.

How does the 7-day free trial work?

Every plan begins with an automatic 7-day free trial based on the plan you choose. If you have not contacted us to cancel your service before the 7-day period is over, we will bill you on the 8th day so you do not experience any service interruptions.

Can I get an extra number?

Yes, you can. If you need additional numbers that do not coincide with our monthly plans, you may add an additional phone number for $5/month.

What if I go over my allotted minutes?

We will automatically bump you up to the unlimited plan that corresponds with your current plan if you exceed 300 minutes or text messages for that month. Once the first of the month rolls around again, you will be bumped back down to the Pay Per Minute plan. To change your plan to Unlimited, please contact our support team.

Are there any setup fees?

There are no setup fees if you are choosing a new Ninja Number. If you decide to port in your own number, there is a one-time $25 fee.

Can I port my own number to Ninja Number?

Yes, you absolutely can! You’ll want to choose “Transfer Existing Number” when signing up and the customer support team will reach out to you to walk you through the process.
