Wailuku, Hawaii - Facts & Figures
Just 92 miles east of Honolulu, Wailuku was the main tourist destination in Maui County in the 20th century. Since then, Wailuku has been overshadowed with the many rising resort towns. The Ka'ehu Beach is a major tourist attraction. Parks include Mokuhau Park, Kepaniwai Park and Wells Park. Wailuku also hosts the Maui County Fair.
Wailuku is the new home of Maui's Golden Baseball League expansion franchise, known as Na Koa Ikaika Maui.
